  1. Physiological

Pathogenesis of chlamydia

A

Intracellularly use ATP produced by host cell to create reticulobodies which are vacuoles. Elementary bodies are produced at the same time. The reticulobodies cause cell lysis and elementary bodies go on to infect other cells.
