- However = liable to flooding (should be left as natural ecosystem)

- City centre is most expensive = accessible (demand/supply) = only commercial can afford = high rise buildings
- Residential on outskirts (cheaper)
TRANSPORT
- Industry surrounded by good transport
- Retail = near consumers/customers
