GH Abduction Goni

Stabilize: Hold Scapula Down and In

Prone, Forearm in Pronation, elbow slightly flexed
Stationary: Midline of sternum
Axis: anterior Acromion
Movement: Anterior midline of humerus to start then correct to medial epi
For GH only Stabilize Scap.

Supine, Elbow Flexed to 90, Place towel under humerus
Stationary: Perpendicular to ground
Axis: Olecranon
Movement arm: MIdline of ulnar styloid process
Norm: IR: 50-60
