A
- Coryza: rhinovirus, coronavirus, RSV
- Pharyngitis: adenovirus, enterovirus, rhinovirus, group A B-haem (older child)
- Tonsilitis: Epstein-Barr virus, group A B-haem
- Otitis media: RSV, rhinovirus, pneumococcus, H. influenzae and moraxella catarrhalis
