Where is the lesion?
A
Above the anterior horn cell.

What are the characteristics?
A
Spasticity, weakness, increased reflexes

What might a brainstem lesion look like?
A
Dysarthria, horners syndrome (constriction of pupil, dropping upper eyelid), spinthalamic sensory loss

What might a lesion to the motor cortex look like?
A
Dysphasia, hemianopia (blindness over half the field of vision) and agnosias (inability to process sensory info)
