A

Ulnar claw.

Fingers hyperextended at MCP joint and flexed at IP joints.

High Ulnar nerve lesion.

A

Ulnar claw

BUT no flexion at DIPJ of ring and little fingers. Only hyperextension at MCPJ and flexion at PIPJ.

ULNAR PARADOX AS LESS EVIDENT CLAW.
