blood supply: circumflex scapular artery
innervation: lower subscapular nerve
teres minor
origin: middle part of lateral border of scapula
insertion: inferior facet of greater tubercle of humerus

blood supply: circumflex scapular artery
innervation: axillary nerve
rotator cuff muscle
supraspinatous
origin: supraspinous fossa of scapula
