Key Clinical point: most often abnormal in spinal accessory lesions caused by local surgery, with sparing of the SCM

*Most often involved in spasmodic torticollis

Palmar interosseous muscles ADduct, and the Dorsal interosseous muscles ABduct. The axial line goes down the middle of the 3rd digit, towards the palm of the hand (it’s an imaginary line). Both sets of muscles are innervated by the deep branch of the ulnar nerve.

C5, C6 - upper trunk, lateral cord, musculocutaneous nerve → lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve (LAC)

C8, T1 - lower trunk, medial cord, medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve (MAC)
Vastus lateralis innervation?
L2, L3, L4 - femoral nerve
Vastus medialis innervation (root, peripheral nerve)?

Thigh adductors (gracilis, adductor longus, adductor magnus) innervation?
