- establishing 10,000 Atal tinkering labs
- 101 atal incubation centres
- 50 atal community innovation centres

Scheme for residential education for students in High schools in targeted areas (Shreshta)
The scheme has been revised since 2021-2022 and renamed as Shreshta
Components like salary of staff, food items, book and stationery etc has been dropped from the revise schemes and
unitary cost norm( per student basis ) have been included to make the scheme more transparent, free from manipulation of cost and more beneficiary oriented.
MoMA Extends The Deadline of Qaumi Waqf Boards Taraqqiati Scheme(QWBTS)

PM - Rail kaushal Vikas Yojana

Nodal agency is Banaras Locomotive works.
Duration of training is 100 hours.
PM- Aayushman Bharat health infrastructure mission ( PM ABHIM )
Oultey is ₹64,180 crore.
To strengthen critical healthcare network from village to block to the district to the regional and national level in the next 4 to 5 years.
Launched in union budget 2021 to 22.
Scheme has 3 aspects ;
- creation of facilities for diagnostic and treatment
- Testing network for diagnosis of diseases ; and 3. expansion of research institutes.
- 4 National institute of Virology will be established.
1 national Centre for one health (NCOH).
730 districts will have Integrated Public Health Labs (IPHL).

Launched year 2021 to 2025.

Vishvesvaraya Ph.D Scheme

1000 full time PHD candidate get ₹ 38750 per month for 1st and 2nd year

₹ 43,750 per months for 3rd to 5th year .
- And 30,000 per year provided as contingency grant in case of fulltime Phd.
In part time PhD one time incentive of ₹2,50,000 on successful completion of PhD is provided.
Scheme for promotion of medical device parks was launched in 2020 and upto 2025,
with the total outlay of ₹ 400 crore.
Implemented by ministry of chemical and fertilizer headed by mansukh mandavya.

And Northeastern and hilly state it is 90:10.

Samagra Shiksha abhiyan
To provide Holistic education from primary to class 12th .
launched in 2018 by ministry of education

scheme had subsumed three schemes:-
- sarv Shiksha abhiyan;
- rashtriya madhyamik Shiksha abhiyan ; and
- Teacher education.
PM DAKSH scheme Part 1
(Pradhan Mantri Dakshta Aur Kushalta Sampann Hitgrahi)
Implementing by ministry of social justice and empowerment
launched in year 2021
Objective is to benefit the targeted beneficiaries:- * SC & * OBC with annual family income less than 3 lakh,
* EBC family income less than 1 lakh ,
DNT, NTribes, Semi-nomadic tribes (SNT) and Safai karamcharis .
3000 wage compensation per trainee is provided under PM Daksh Yojana.
Age group of targeted beneficiary is 18 to 45 years.
PM DAKSH Yojana part 2
Training free of cost for the trainne, 100% grants by the government.
Stipend of 1,000 to 1,500 per month per trainne having 80% and above attendance in short term and long term training .
Wage compensation @₹ 3000 per trainne ( 2500 as per PM Daksh and ₹ 500 as per common cost norms) for trainees having 80% and above attendance in Reskilling/ Upskilling .
PM DAKSH Yojana part 3
- Upskilling/ Reskilling
- the training for rural artisan, domestic workers, sanitation workers etc. On the vocation of practice such as pottery, weaving, carpentry, waste segregation, domestic workers etc. along with financial and digital literacy.
- duration 32 to 80 hours and spaced over up to 1 month.
- training cost will be limited to the extent of common cost norms beside 2,500 to trainees towards compensation of wage loss.
- Entrepreneurship development:-
- SC and OBC youth who have preferably undergone skill training under PMKVY and are having an entrepreneural bent of mind.
- Sessions on business opportunity guidance
- Duration normally 80-90 hours (10-15 days) or as stipulated by MoRD.
PM DAKSH Yojana part 4
- Short term training:-
- various job roles as per NSQF / National occupational standard issued by MSDE.
- focus on self employment or wage opportunities.
- duration 200 hours to 600 hours and up to 6 months.
- Long term training:-
- in sectors having good demand in job market for wage placement of trained candidates.
- training programs will be as per NSQF, NCVT, AICTE,MSME etc. in areas such as production technology, plastic processing, Apparel technology, healthcare sector, etc.
- 5 months and above and usually up to 1 year (upto 1,000 hours ) as stipulated by the concern board or regulatory body of the training centre.
