Conduct in person surveys
Consult secondary sources directly

More autonomy in using the app
More intrinsic motivation thanks to maturity
If this target group were to be younger, which solution do you think will be the most successful?
Meerkat Motion- PE lessons and Posture S&D
More structured guidance by teachers
Fun dance for short attention spans
Physical activity booklets they can hold and read
What are specific features of your project that can be easily applied to other target groups?
Fun stuff like mascots and PS&D can be applied to younger children
Mature stuff like exhibits and reminder app and alarm can be applied to adults and older children
PE modules can be implemented in secondary schools and JCs
If this target group were to be different, how would you plan to adjust some parts of your solutions to better suit their needs?
Exhibition posters can be with greater detail and information
PS&D change the song to suit the TG
More advanced settings for the reminder alarm, like customising your own stretch routines according to which of your core muscles are weaker, a self-diagnosis test for that too, idk?
Which of your solutions do you think is the most essential and why?
Meerkat Motion- PE lessons & PS&D
Can stand alone, addresses both causes
Children most likely to actively participate since teachers supervise
Most likely to be memorable because fun
Outreach: all primary sch kids will go through it
Which of your solutions do you think is the least essential and why?
Meerkat Mentor- exhibition
Teaches about the importance of good posture which is also covered in the PE lessons
Does not really teach about stretches, the second major cause
Children more likely to participate only passively and this is also not guaranteed
