A
  • Saline moistened swab placed in vagina for one minute
  • Swab tip cut off and placed into 0.5 ml saline in test tube
  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes
  • Squeeze the swab dry against side of tube
  • Centrifuge saline at 2000 rpm for 10 minutes
  • Stain sediment with DiffQuik
    -> detects 100% bitches mated within last 24h
    -> detects 75% bitches mated within last 48h
