Environmental refers to the physical surroundings that you interact with.
What are employee rights?
Employee rights include getting paid fairly, working in safe conditions, and being treated fairly.
Examples: Paid holidays, sick leave.
What are employee responsibilities?
Employee responsibilities include doing fair work, not stealing, being loyal, being respectful and ethical, and being pleasant for customers.
What are employer rights?
Employer rights include receiving a fair day’s work from employees, setting targets for business, hiring suitable staff, and firing staff when needed.

Employer responsibilities include providing healthy and safe conditions, paying a fair wage, treating employees fairly and equally, and applying employees’ legal rights.
What is volunteering?
Volunteering is working for a good cause without getting paid.

Features of volunteering include being unpaid and involving different age groups.
What are the benefits of volunteering?
