Individualism, utilitarian, justice and moral
what is individualism view?
Does a decision or behaviour promote one’s long term self interest?
Look out for yourself first, I care, but I have to take care of me
what is utilitarian view?
Does a decision or behaviour make the greatest good for the most people?
The greatest good for the greatest number of people
Weigh the pros and cons
what is justice view?
Does a decision or behaviour show fairness and impartiality?
Doesn’t break any laws?
what is moral view?
Does a decision or behaviour maintain the fundamental rights of all human beings?

Who is in control of the case and making the decisions

Who is the organization in this case
what does e stand for?
E → Environment

What are the steps in decision making model?
- Define the Ethical Dilemma. What is the dilemma at hand?
- Identify all of the stakeholders (anyone impacted by the decision)?
- Courses of actions → go through POE
