S/S: minnamial pain, weight bering, full ROM(with some pain)
Treatment: RICE 24hr

A

Definition: partial tear of ligament
S/S: medium pain, non weight barring, limited ROM
Treatment: RICE (3-5 days), cruches (3-5 days), motion and strength exercises

definiton: damage to tibalus anterior mucles
mothion: microtrauma
s/s: pain with preasure/movement, point tneder, swealling
treatment: ice and heat message, minimal exericses, technique corretion
