Both species benefit.
Mutualism
A relationship between different species which benefits either or both species.
Symbiosis
all the populations of different species that live and interact in the same place.

Some individuals of a species survive quite well in an ecosystem while others do not. Over several generations the offspring of a species become suited to the area in which they live.
Adaptation
a group of organisms of the same species that live in a particular area.

Physical characteristic (skin, scales, feet, wings, mouth parts.
Structural Adaptation
Learned characteristic.
Behavioural Adaptations
predator: kill & eat other animals
prey: get eaten by predators.
