Glenoid Fossa
S slightly concave projection of the scapula
Head of the humerus
The upper portion of the humerus bone.
Acromion Process
The lateral triangular projection of the spine of the scapula that forms the point of the shoulder and articulates with the clavicle.
Glenoid Labrum
A ring of cartilage attached to the margin of the glenoid cavity of the scapula.
Hills-Sach
Indentation of the posterior humeral head.
Brachial Plexus
A group of peripheral nerves that leave the spinal cord and extend from the vertebrae into the shoulder.
Rotator Cuff
A collective set of four deep muscles of the glenohumeral joint
Stinger
An injury caused by stretching or compressing the brachial plexus.

The area that provides movement of the scapula.
Biceps Tendon
The tissue that connects the biceps muscle to the shoulder girdle.
