Ensure maltreatment does not occur and that staff protect themselves against accusations.
Avoid one on one situations – multiple adults to support situations.
Safe ratios of staff to children – e.g. 13-18 year olds should have 1 member of staff to every 10 children.

Dropping on a treadmill, falling of a vehicle, Collision with another person, and anything similar.
