Folk Cultue
A group that practices the same religion, has the same customs and habits, located in a rural area, and sometimes separates itself from other beliefs and customs. Amish is an example. Homogeneous
Popular Culture
A heterogeneous group of people that have diverse beliefs and customs found throughout the world. Because of space time compression, information in these types of areas spreads very quickly.
Taboo
A restriction on a particular custom or habit based on a communities beliefs or customs. Korea has one on jeans because of their anti American beliefs.
Habit
An action or activity that is constantly repeated to the point that it becomes natural or a part of your culture.
