Systems Thinking
It is a method of thinking evaluate the performance of a business as a whole rather then evaluate the business in small units.
Personal Mastery
Personal Mastery is where the individual is voluntarily committed to self improvement and becoming a life-long learner. Hence continual learners.
Mental Models
The value systems, assumptions, bias’s and generalisations determine how a person lives their life. These are ingrained and determine how people see the world. This can limit the way of thinking especially when it involves change.
Shared Vision
A business must develop a shared vision which the employees within the business will believe in.
When employees have a shared vision that is aligned to the business vision any suggestion to implement change by the business.
