A change agent is a person or group of people who act as catalysts, assuming responsibility for managing the change process.
Manipulation
Manipulation is the skilful or devious exertion of influence over someone to get them to do what you want.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate social responsibility involves managing business processes in order to produce an overall positive impact on the community.
Triple Bottom Line
Triple bottom line refers to the social, economic and environmental performance of an organisation.
Ecological Sustainability
Ecological sustainability occurs when economic growth meets the needs of the present population without endangering the ability of future generations to meet their needs.
Business Ethics
Business ethics is the application of moral standards to business behaviour.
Sustainability Report
A sustainability report is a comprehensive report of what a business has done, and is doing, with regard to social issues that affect it.
High Risk Strategy
High Risk Strategies are methods of introducing change that are likely to be resisted by employees and other stakeholders (E.g. Manipulation, Threats)
Low Risk Strategy
Low Risk Strategies are methods of introducing change that are likely to be well accepted with little resistance (E.g. Training)
Communication
A process of creating and exchanging information between people that produces the required response
Incentives
A thing that is able to motivate or encourage an employee to not resist change
Manipulation

Threat
A statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile actions on someone in retribution for something done or not done
