What is an elementary particle?
It is a subatomic particle (opposite of its antimatter counterpart.)
Identify the key limitation of Rutherfords model.
The main limitations was that his model suggested that electrons would continually emit energy until they spiral into the nuclei. (it doesn’t explain why it doesn’t spiral into the nuclei)
What is a Threshold frequency?
The minimum frequency of radiation that will produce a photoelectric effect. E=hf
What is the standard model?
The standard model explains how the basic building blocks of matter interact, it is made up of subatomic particles.
Define the term magnetic field.
It is a vector field that describes the magnetic influence on an electric charge.
