Legislative Branch
The legislative branch is made up of the House and Senate, known collectively as the Congress. \
Has power to declare war
Monetary Powers:

Executive Branch
Consists of the president and his cabinet. This branch is responsible for enforcing the laws of the land
Judicial Branch
Deals with courts
- consists of U.S. supreme court
The judicial branch is in charge of deciding the meaning of laws, how to apply them to real situations, and whether a law breaks the rules of the Constitution.
Types of cases Judicial Branch Sees:
- having to do with Constitution
- Laws passed by Congress
- disputes between US and foreign country
- affecting ambassadors
- any maritime problems
- anytime someone is suing US
- disputes between states
- disputes between citizens of different states
- involving claim of land or land grants
