unit 301 Flashcards
explain how effective feedback helps to develop reflective practice, putting patients interests first
appraisals -are there as a professional discussion between manager and staff member to see where we think things are going well and what we can improve on.
Internal feedback- is there when I need help from someone who is in the room and can see how I can improve myself.
Patient feedback is important as they are in the chair and can tell you if something is uncomfortable.
Tutors help you externally by observing how we work with an unbiased view point.
explain the benefit of reflecting on own practice
Reflecting on my own practice means that I can be critical of my own practices and then where if feel I need to improve I can ask for help to improve.
