Draw Conclusions:

Main Idea:
a statement of something as fact
Claim:
information that provides proof in support of an idea
Evidence:
the primary or strict meaning of a word or phrase
Literal:
not literal; words or phrases must be interpreted to understand deeper meaning
Figurative:
the beginning of an essay designed to hook the reader and introduce the topic
Introduction:
The ending of an essay designed to wrap up the topic and leave the reader with a positive feeling
Conclusion:
a question that requires a written response of a paragraph or more
Prompt:
a passage or quotation taken or selected from a book, document, film
