Why were there many beggars in Tudor Era?
Migration (people moved to towns to look for jobs), weather (harsh winter and wet summer caused shortage of food) and Henry VIII (dissolution of monasteries which caused poor people having nowhere to go and he banned the lords from having personal bodyguards which caused many soldiers to became jobless).
Why were there growth of economy after 1688 (stuart era)?
Canal system (carry barges up and down the hills), growth of trade (sugar, tobacco and tea), coal mining (heating houses, baking bricks and tiles and evaporating water in salt pans and brewing beer), cottage industry (always busy carding and dyeing clothes), new inventions (Newcomen’s steam engine for faster trains and ships) and navvies (labourers who built Britain’s canals and railways).
How did Jethro Tull’s seed drill help farmers and agriculture?
The machine helped to hide seeds from the birds by planting it inside the soil but sowed the seed in straight lines.
What three things did The Poor Law of 1601 introduce?
Each parish collect taxes to support people who could not work, punish the vagabond and outdoor relief like soup kitchen.
Why disease tend to spread easier at town in 1750?
Due to overcrowding, poor sewage system, lices and rats were on the street and sharing public water pump which contaminated.
Were the poor people in 1745 treated better compare to the poor in 1509?
Yes, because in 1509, vagabond could receive death punishment and 1745, poor were sent to workhouse to work on odd jobs for the industrial growth.

She burned hundreds of protestants heretics.
Why did Henry translated Bible into English?
Giving his people direct access to the Word of God.
Why did Edward VI whitewashed the church wall?
Religion should be as simple as possible to avoid distractions during the prayer.

He made the Roman Catholic mass illegal in England, the clergy of the Church of England was ordered to remove icons and statues and paint over wall paintings which made Church of England becoming more explicitly Protestant.
