Describe one employee entitlement issue

A

One entitlement issue is paying for any outstanding wages/salary and leave entitlements. For example, an employee who is retiring is entitled to receive accrued entitlements from their employer, such as payment of accrued annual leave and long-service leave. These leave entitlements will usually be paid out at the employee’s normal rate of pay.
