The structure or parts, taken as a whole (The anatomy showed what she was feeling for all those years)

A feeling of regret or remorse ( she felt deep compunction for her crime.)
Punctilious
Paying strict attention to detail; extremely careful (she was a punctilious dresser)
Pungent
Stinging/smell/taste (the smell in the kitchen was the most pungent thing I’ve ever smelt.)
