Step 1: Open Make and select + Create a scenario from the Organization / Team / Scenarios menu.

In step two, where and how do you name your scenario?

A

In the top left-hand corner of the screen, you will see text stating New scenario and to edit the text, you’ll hover your mouse over the text and select it with your mouse. Next, delete what is there, and rename this.

How do you add your first app?

A

Select the (+) button to load many usable apps and in the search box type the name of the app. Now, you will be given a list of actions associated with this app and select the actiion module.

A

After selecting your action module, it brings up the configuration for this module and the only task required is to select an action and type in the fields for that action and click Ok

What is the best way to keep your scenarios organized as you create them?

A

You’ll organize your scenario by placing it in a folder. To do this, select the scenario option from the menu. This is the Scenarios dashboard. You will see the scenario that you just created and renamed, and below the scenario are displayed three icons . The first icon displays the amount of operations the scenario consumed. The second icon displays the amount of data transferred. Finally, the third icon displays the author of the scenario.

Next, you will add a new folder. How do you add this folder?

A

In Make, click Scenarios in the left hand menu. Then select the + icon to add folder and type the name (eg. Make Academy) of the folder and click Save.

As stated earlier, the best way to organize scenarios is by placing them in a folder. How do you move a scenario into a folder?

A

You will move to the right of your scenario and select the down arrow. Then select move to folder. You will receive a prompt on screen - select the drop down and then select the Folder name and click the Move button to complete the task. You can then navigate to the Ma
