The French left North America; British had a huge debt.

To forbid settlers of settling west of the Appalachian; helped organize North America.
Why did the colonists object to the Stamp Act?
The Colonists objected because they were being taxed without representation in British Government. Taxation without representation. (they didn’t have a say)

How did the Boston Massacre contribute to increased tensions between the colonists and Britain?
British soldiers had shot and killed five citizens; it was called the “Bloody Massacre” to get colonies angry.
Describe the events that led to fighting at Lexington.
British were marching from Boston to Lexington in order to take ammunition that colonists were storing. Paul Revere Warned colonists that the British were coming. They hid the ammunition and fought the British soldiers.
