An offense is transnational in nature of: it is committed in more than one State; it is committed in one State but a substantial part of its preparation, planning, direction or control takes place in another State; it is committed in one State but involves an organized criminal group that engages in criminal activities in more than one State; or it is committed in one State but has substantial effects in another State.
Transnational offense
The action of handing a person accused or convicted of a crime to the jurisdiction of the foreign state in which the crime was committed.
Extradition
A lawyer who traditionally offers legal services outside of the courts. Solicitors have more direct contact with the clients. Lawyer who gives legal advice and prepares legal documents.
Solicitor
A lawyer who becomes involved in a case once advocacy before a court is needed by the client. Lawyer who represents a client in court.
Barrister
Free someone from a criminal charge by a verdict of not guilty.
To acquit
Cross or walk in the street or road unlawfully or without regard for approaching traffic.
Jaywalking
A deputy or substitute acting for a superior. A rank of officer in the British army, above second lieutenant and below captain.
Lieutenant
The crime of killing a human being without malice aforethought, or in circumstances not amounting to murder.
Manslaughter
A barrister of other lawyer who conducts the case against a defendant in a criminal court.
Prosecutor
Temporary or permanent release of a prisoner before the expiry of a sentence, on the promise of good behavior. Libertad condicional.
Parole
The criminal act of deliberately setting fire to property.
Arson
A person who is appointed to undertake the duties of a superior in the superior’s absence.
Deputy
The action of forging a copy or imitation of a document, signature, banknote, or work of art. Falsificación.
Forgery
A small hammer with which an auctioneer, a judge, or the chair of a meeting hits a surface to call for attention or order.

An act of unlawfully seizing an aircraft, vehicle, or ship while in transit; a hijack..
