Ecology Diversity
Place where an organism lives out its life.
Habitat
Role or position a species has in its environment; including all biotic and abiotic interactions as an animal meets its needs for survival and reproduction.

The arrangement or spread of people living in a given area; how the population of an area is arranged according to variables such as age , or race.
Population Distribution
The number of people living per unit of an area; the number of people relative to the space occupied by them.
Population Density
When species divide a niche to avoid competition for resources.
Resource Partitioning
The number of species present in a community or taxonomic group.
Species Richness
Variety of life in a area; usually measured as the number of species that live in an area.
