Describe Bronfenbrenners Ecological Systems model
A
- Developed to help us how children grew up

2) The Mesosystem level involves the interactions that occur between friends of friends, family members, our family members interacting with our friends etc.
3) The ecosystem involves the larger context that an individual interacts with a physical neighbourhood
4) The macrosystem involved larger society and culture which the individual grew up and developed within (outside of circle)

What are some strategies for note taking in class?
A
- Outline method: Based on bullet points (titles and subtitles)
- Cornell Method: Cue column (questions to remember later), notetaking column (for during class) and summary box at the bottom
- Mind map method: Main topic of the lecture in the center, and build topics off there
- Flow method: Holistic method: point is to learn it once, and not copy from your professor
- Write on the slide’s method: Lazy and convenient
