Conscience is a judgement of reason whereby the human person recognizes the moral quality of a concrete act that he is going to perform.

When a person’s conscience is wrong or makes a decision based on a mistaken idea or thought

The law according to God
Magisterium
The official teaching authority of the Roman Catholic Church. The pope and bishops of the church that are in full communion with him
Antecedent ignorance
Ignorance that proceeds the will and is therefore unwilled.
