What did the Twenty-Second Amendment do?
Ratified in 1951, it limits presidents to being elected to only two terms. Establishes procedures for presidential succession and disability.

What did the Twenty-Fifth Amendment do?
Ratified in 1967, it permits the vice president to become the acting president when the presidential seat/office becomes vacant or if the vice president and the president’s cabinet decide that the president is disabled.
Impeachment
The political equivalent of an indictment in criminal law, prescribed by the Constitution.
The president may be indicted for Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.
