Draw the line
make it clear that something is unacceptable. YOU JUST HAVE TO DRAW THE LINE SOMEWHERE, RIGHT?
Be a nervous wreck
Be anxious or worried about something. BUT IF I DID THAT , I’D BE A NERVOUS WRECK THAT I MIGHT LOSE MY JOB

Stop what you’re doing from time to time. Take a rest (descanso) or get some exercise.

Schedule time that’s just for you so you can focus on relaxing

Don’t do everything so fast. Take a time to thing about what you’re doing and do it tight
Set limits
Learn to draw the line and say no to others’ demands on your private time
Learn to laugh things off
Stop taking things so seriously. Remember to see the humor in everything.

start doing something you’d enjoy in your free time, such as making, collecting, fixing, or taking care of things.
