Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

The health and wellbeing experienced by an individual is constantly changing making it dynamic
What’s the subjective nature of health and wellbeing?
Health and wellbeing can be viewed in many different ways, making it subjective

Means the positive or healthy version of an individual experiencing each of the dimensions of health
