Joseph’s wife, was with him when he first obtained the plates, served as first scribe and was with him throughout the whole process
Martin Harris
was a friend of JS, gave him $50 to move from Palmyra to harmony, became the second scribe, met with luther bradish, samuel mitchell, and Charles Anthon to get scholarly validation of the symbols. Lost the 116 pages then supplied $3000 for the printing and publication of the book of mormon.
Oliver Cowdery
third scribe from april to june 1829. Moved from harmony to fayette and completed the book of mormon translation with joseph. Got aaronic priesthood with joseph.
Josiah
King of Jerusalem, had zedekiah with first wife, they were all pro-babylon. Had jehoiakim with second wife. They were both pro egypt.
jehoiakim
son of josiah and josiah’s second wife. Pro-egypt. Became king of jerusalem when egypt took over, then switched sides when babylon took over. When things calmed down he rebelled and was killed.
Zedekiah
son of josiah and josiah’s first wife. Pro-babylon. When jehoiakim switched sides to babylon, jehoiakim lost people’s trust and it is thought that zedekiah began to rule at this point, accounting for the date of christ’s birth at around 5 b.c., 600 years after the reign of zedekiah and when lehi left jerusalem.
