A PERSON who owns personal property and brings it onto real property making it part of the real property.

Water rights granted with permit. It is not required to own property beside the body of water.

A right that goes along with ownership of real property. Physical and non Physical…Legally.
Appurtenance
Land removed SUDDENLY from property and added
onto another’s property…such as flash flood.
Avulsion
a document to transfer ownership of personal property from one person to another.

Possession, Quiet Enjoyment, Disposition, Right of Exclusion, and Right of Control
Bundle of Rights
a piece of personal property
Chattel
a crop planted and cultivated through someone’s labor and industry…Fructus Industriales

Physical object on someone else’s property, often due to a mistake…trees over fence
Encroachment
a gradual loss of soil due to natural causes…beach front houses
Erosion
Man-Made Attachment now part of the real property
Fixture
Fruits of Industry or Emblements

Naturally occurring plants on property also called natural attachments
Fructus Naturales
A fixture attached to real property by a landlord for the use of the tenant.
Leasehold Improvement
Additions to real property that can be natural (trees) but usually are man-made, large fixtures such as buildings
