The person in charge of running a colony or a state.
Issue Currency
Make paper money and coins.

Accepted by the states through a vote.
Representatives
Members of the HOR; people who are elected to speak for many others and work for their benefit.
Revise
To change or rework.

The group of state delegates who set up the colonial army, wrote the Declaration of Independence, and the Articles of Confederation.
