Mental health refers to a person’s overall psychological and emotional state, including their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Spiritual Health & Wellbeing
Spiritual health and wellbeing refers to a person’s sense of meaning, purpose, and connection beyond the physical/material world.
Emotional Health & Wellbeing
Emotional health refers to a person’s ability to recognize, express, and manage their feelings and emotions in a healthy way.

What is health
A complete state of complete physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social well being and not merely the absence of disease
Prevalence

Wellbeing
Wellbeing: a complex combination of all dimensions of health, characterised by an equilibrium in which the individual feels happy, healthy, capable and engaged.
Incidence
The occurrence, rate, or frequency of a disease, crime, or other undesirable thing.
Mortality
Mortality refers to death, particularly at a population level.
Disease
Physical or mental disturbance involving symptoms, dysfunction or tissue damage

The death of a child under 5 years of age per 1000 live births
Maternal Mortality
Death of a mother during pregnancy, childbirth or within six weeks of delivery per 100,000 live births
