Power
Ability to influence others to get the out come you want , the capability of influencing change for material gain or conformity (forcing others to adopt a political, economic, cultural ideas.
Sovereignty
A government that has absolute and unlimited power over their territory
Interdependence
States heavily depending on one another which makes war very unlikely
Positive Peace
The absence of conflict and all roots of conflict
Negative Peace
The absence of conflict but the root of the conflict still being present
Hard Power
Coercion through force (military treats or sanctions)
Soft Power
The use of persuasion to influence international relations to gain a desired outcome
Structural Power
When states influence the political ideas, structure and framework of global politics
Smart Power
Mix of hard and soft power in a given situation
