basically the national and state government got together to solve the fact that wolves were endangered and the federal gov.

Congress tried to have all states change their legal drinking age to 21+ bc of how many car wrecks there have been. South Dakota said no<3, so congress said, then no $ for freeways . .

Power of the court of a country to review actions
Limited Government
one bound by law to have limited control over its citizens and economy. power is divided among separate branches, each has its own power constrained by others

Every branch has power over another branch so their power isn’t used unconstitutionally

A rebellion that protested for debt and succeeded in shutting down the court system it took 6 months to accomplish (8,29,1786)

the war for american independence from Britain. the fight was battle of Lexington and concord in 1775 and lasted through the battle of Yorktown in 1781. (4,19,1775-9,3,1783)
