Q

How do neural controls work in cell to cell communication?

A

electrical signals travel down neutrons until it reaches the end point and it is translated to an electrical signal (a neurotransmitter) which transmits the information to the next cell

Q

What is the difference between an agonist and an antagonist?

A

Agonist is a molecule that is similar in structure and activates the pathway in a similar manner to the ligand. An antagonist is a molecule similar enough in structure to bind to the same receptor, but noes not activate it
