Begin with a ‘hole’
Whole Numbers
Positive and negative “whole” numbers. No fractions
Integers
Numbers that can be divided evenly by 2
Even Integers
Numbers that cannot be divided evenly by 2
Odd Integers
All numbers that can be written as a fraction with an integer numerator and a non-zero denominator
Rational Numbers
All numbers that cannot be written as a fraction with an integer numerator and a non-zero integer denominator
Irrational Numbers
The set of all rational and irrational numbers
Real numbers
Positive numbers that can only be divided by one and itself evenly
Prime Numbers
Any positive number that is not Prime
Composite Numbers
Neither Prime nor Composite

The numbers are opposites if they are the same distance away from 0, but on opposite sides of 0 on the number line
Negatives (opposites)
Distance from zero on a number line
Absolute Value
Numbers and or variables that are multiplied
Factors
P=s+s+s+s or S^4
Perimeter of a sqaure
A=s*s or A=S^2
Area of a square
P=w+w+l+l
Perimeter of a rectangle
A=L*W
Area of a rectangle
