FIRST THING TO DO IS FACTOR OUT BIGGEST POWER

deg of num=deg on denom = K
deg of num greater deg on denom = plus or minus infinity
deg of num less than deg of denom = 0

REMEMBER IF TAKE ABSOLUT VALUE OF X FROM SQUARE ROOT - WHATEVER SIGN OF INFINITY IS SIGN OF X
