Does WP with another UN organization need to be signed?
A
No. When working with another UN agency, the department signs the UN to UN Agency Contribution agreement. The GPS generated workplan can either serve as an annex in the agreement or, is based on the budget in the agreement. The GPS workplan does not need to be signed.
