A

Cost-push inflation in early 2010s due to Australian floods in 2009 wiping out 90% of wheat (used to feed livestock), + Crude Oil reaching 150$ per barrel after financial crisis.

3.3% 2010, 4.5% 2011, 1.5% in 2014 (below Gov. target of 2%), Just above 0% by 2015. 0.7% increase as of Feb 2021.
