A

planning system faster, fairer and more predictable
– two tier system RSS and LDFs. Regional RSS to be replaced by RPG. LA to encourage sustainable development/appraisals (SA) and apply to LDF. It allows LA to extend permitted developments in the Local Development Orders (LDO) and grants automatic permission.
