A

1215- established the rule of law that the government must operate within the law and the law should apply equally to all citizens.

A

People were unhappy with King johns large taxes and captured London and forced to negotiate

1911/1949- limited the power of the HOL, so they could only delay legislation for one year and took away their power of financial matters
