A
scenario where the logical path of a connection moves from the inside to the outside of the network and back in again, to connect to an internal resource using its external IP address

A
deployments where internal hosts, such as web or mail servers, need to be accessible via an external IP address due to the absence of an internal DNS server or specific service requirements
